Strathcona County emergency services respond to vehicle fire

Strathcona County emergency services were on the scene of a vehicle fire on Wednesday (Sep. 13).

Several emergency personel were spotted at the Glen Allen Recreation Complex in Sherwood Park. A concerned citizen posted an image of the scene on a community Facebook group.

According to Radioyeg – Scanner Radio, the cause of scene was a vehicle fire at the side of the complex.

Another resident shared a photo of the blaze, which shows a grey Dodge vehicle with a fire in front of it and smoke rising into the air.

The fire has since been put out, and there does not appear to be any concern to the public.
