On Monday at around noon Leduc RCMP responded to reports of an assault involving several youths at a parking lot in the area of 50 Street and Corinthia Drive.

The victim of the assault was taken to hospital but has since been released and is recovering from home.

The investigation led police to charge four youth between the ages of 13 and 16. All of the kids are residents of Leduc.

The kids allegedly involved in the assault have been released from custody and will be appearing in court later this month.
