Beaumont RCMP are looking into a series of locker room thefts throughout the month of December.
The thefts were reported at the men’s locker room at the Beaumont Sports and Recreation Centre. The lockers targeted were specifically secured lockers.
Police believe that onlooking suspects are watching the victim enter the locker code, before looting the locker once the victim leaves the locker room. The RCMP are reminding locker room users to keep your code away from prying eyes.
Officers arrested two suspects, but they were later released without charges, so the investigation continues.
