Fort Saskatchewan is getting a new shoe store.
Last week a temporary sign for The Shoe Company was spotted in the Cornerstone location next to Staples.
There hasn’t been a dedicated shoe store in Fort Saskatchewan since the Payless Shoe Source closed down several years ago.
The Shoe Company has been around for over 30 years, with several locations all across the country, including in Edmonton and Sherwood Park.
Although a definitive opening date has not been announced, a representative with The Shoe Company said that they’re expecting to have the location open in the first week of April.
