Strathcona County promote physical health with Wellness Challenge

Strathcona County is putting together a Wellness Challenge to promote physical health and encourage residents to compete in fun challenges.

The Wellness Challenge is running until the end of March, with residents being given the chance to win a $100 wellness basket.

To enter, residents must download the Goosechase app on Google Play or the App Store and joining the challenge by entering code 9D9LG1.

From that point residents must compete challenges, choosing which ones and how many they would like to complete, with residents showing proof by taking pictures or videos of places and objects.

The more challenges a team or individual does, the higher they go on the leaderboard. Residents can also check the leaderboard to see where their team stands.

There’s a link to the contest rules on the Strathcona County website.
